1. Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations and reminders to customers who book with Clean Air Smog through cleanairsmogmv.com or our scheduling forms and explicitly opt in. Messages may include confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
2. Cancellation
Cancel at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent the message. We will confirm your unsubscribe status, after which no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

4. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
